Owl Encounters
Atwood Primary was thrilled to welcome the Chewonki Foundation for a fascinating presentation on the Owls of Maine. Students were captivated as they met two live owls, Haven and Caribou, up close. They learned about owl habitats, behaviors, and unique adaptations. This special visit beautifully connected to the community read of the Orris and Timble series by Kate DiCamillo, bringing the fictional stories to life in a memorable and meaningful way. #WeAreRSU18 #AtwoodAwesome
