A Night of Fairy Tale Engineering
Atwood Primary’s Fairy Tale STEM Night, organized by Title I Specialist Mrs. Corson, brought stories and science together in a night full of imagination and invention. After listening to classic tales, students and their families worked side by side to design creative solutions inspired by the stories. Using recycled materials, they built hang gliders and slides to help Jack escape the Giant, crafted “just right” beds for Goldilocks, and engineered clever traps to outwit the witch and save Hansel and Gretel. The evening blended fun, family, and hands-on learning, proving that creativity truly has no limits! #WeAreRSU18 #AtwoodAwesome
