The Mitten
At Atwood Primary School, Miss Mercier’s class spent time exploring Jan Brett books together! They finished their week of study by reading the story, The Mitten. The students then designed their own mittens and retold the story by placing animals on their mittens. These young learners enjoyed placing their mittens on the bulletin board and playing in the fresh snow – without losing their mittens like the character in the book! #WeAreRSU18 #AtwoodAwesome
