Muffins for Mid Maine Shelter

Mrs. Solis’ kindergarten class made about 120 assorted muffins for the guests at the Mid Maine Homeless Shelter during their January Kinder Kindness Day.

Brian Watson, a board member of the Homeless Shelter, came to thank the class and helped Mrs. Solis deliver the muffins which were used for Saturday morning breakfast.

“The staff was very appreciative of our donation,” said Mrs. Solis. “We hope that the 50 men, women, and children who are guests at the Homeless Shelter were brought a little joy from our muffins on Saturday morning.”
